What is the EasyGro Range?
The EasyGro range is ideal for those on a limited budget. Polythene is buried in a TRENCH rather than been attached to timber/aluminium rails. Polythene is secured by digging a trench along the side and across the gable ends of the tunnel.
What is included in the EasyGro kit when INSTALLATION is included?
Steel structure c/w Hoops, Ridge and Brace bars, Front Timber Gable end c/w Hinged Timber door, Rear Timber Gable end c/w large Netting vent, Clear Thermic Anti-Drip Polythene 800G, Anti Hot Spot Tape , FREE roll of Clear Repair tape, **Timber Ground rail, Pre-mix Cement and Delivery to site is included.
**Note: We do not normally build EasyGro as it is difficult for our construction team to get a tight finish on the trenched polythene to the customer's satisfaction. If you choose for us to build the the EasyGro, the polythene will NOT be trenched or buried but polythene will be clad to a timber ground rail. The cost of this is reflected in the installation charge.
Why buy this structure?
• Superior Polytunnel Dimensions: Check out the ground to ridge height of our structures which gives EXTRA working height for both humans and plants... (See over for our Polytunnel Dimensions for more details).
• Quality Steelwork for a more Durable structure: We use the high tensile Z35 steel galvanised internally and externally for all our structures. High tensile steel makes a more durable, long-lasting product which also better withstands bad weather conditions.
• Tanelith E Treated TIMBER for Outdoor Use: We use the larger timbers 4" x 2" (or 100mm x 44mm) in our timber gable ends, door frames and ground rails. This heavier timber gives additional strength against windy conditions. All timber is Tanelith-E treated specifically for outdoor use (See Technical Specification for more details). • Anti Hot Spot Tapes Automatically included: Anti Hot Spot tape is included as standard in our kits. This tape prolongs the life of the polythene and reduces the friction of steel against polythene.
• Wider & Higher Door sizes: Our Doors are wider and higher so wheelbarrows and other gardening equipment can pass in and out with ease. For example - the door for the 14ft wide polytunnel is 1.2m Wide x 2.1m High (For more details_Polytunnel Dimensions).
• High Quality Polythene: 800G Polythene is clear with the additonal benefits of Thermic and Anti-drip properties. A manufacturer's warranty against UVI degradation is 5 years. Most people get 7-9 years from their polythene.
• FREE OF CHARGE: We include one roll of Clear Repair Tape as part of the kit. This tape repairs small nicks and tears that may occur over time.

Anti Hot Spot Tape: Reduces the wear and tear of polythene.
Polythene is Clear 800G. It has the additional properties of been Thermic and Anti-drip.
- Thermic: raises the internal temperature of the polytunnel by 1-2 Degrees Celsius on the outside temperature.
- Anti-Drip: Condensation rolls off or evaporates from the polythene. It does not drip onto plants or people.
WARRANTY: 5 Year UV Warranty: This manufacturer's warranty guaranties against UV degradation of the polythene. It does not cover for accidental or malicious damage, storm damage, the natural wear and tear of polythene etc..

Polythene:
The standard polythene we use is a 800G Clear Thermic Anti-Drip Polythene. This is a clear film with the additional benefits of Thermic and Anti-drip properties.
'Thermic' - raises the temperature of the internal temperature by approx.
1 to 2 Degrees celsius above the outside temperature.
'Anti-Drip' - condensation evaporates or rolls off the polythene.
Polythene Warranty :- A manufacturer's warranty against UVI degradation of the polythene is 5 years. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, malicious damage, storm damage or general wear and tear etc.
