What is the Premium or Garden Pride Range
This 18ft wide x 48ft long Polytunnel is part of our Garden Pride or Premium Polytunnel range. This larger tunnel is ideal for large gardens or fields. We manufacture our tunnels based on our commercial tunnel range using high quality steel and fittings. Double Aluminium Sliding Doors are included in the polytunnel package. Polythene is attached using our heavy duty block ALUMINIUM profile rails for tighter fit. All the profiles including the inserts or clip in rails are made from durable aluminium. No plastic inserts or wire inserts are used.

- 45mm High Tensile Z35 Steel Hoops (c/w EXTRA galvanisation)
Steel is up to 20 times more corrosion resistant than standard pre-galvanised tube

Steel Frame: All steelwork is high tensile Z35 Steel. All steelwork is galvanised to be 20 times more rust-resistant than pre-galvanised tubular steel.

Ground Rails: How is polythene attached?
Aluminium Cladding system (Garden Pride range): Polythene is attached to the polytunnel structure by clipping in polythene with aluminium inserts to the block aluminum ground rail and uprights in gable ends.
Polythene Options:
Option 1: The standard polythene we use is a 1000G Thermic Anti-Drip Polythene. This is a clear film with the additional benefits of Thermic and Anti-drip properties.
'Thermic' - raises the temperature of the internal temperature by approx.1 to 2 Degrees celsius above the outside temperature.
'Anti-Drip' or 'Anti-Fog' - condensation evaporates or rolls off the polythene.
Option 2: Diffused Thermic 840G Polythene - This is a diffused film with the additional benefits of been Thermic.
'Thermic' - raises the temperature of the internal temperature by approx.1 to 2 Degrees celsius above the outside temperature.
'Diffused' - the sun's rays are 'dispersed' or 'diffused' to prevent plant scorching. The same amount of light is allowed in.
Polythene Warranty: A manufacturer's warranty against UVI degradation of the polythene is 5-6 years depending on the type of polythene picked. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, malicious damage, storm damage or general wear and tear etc.
